  2. Access your Instagram profile by tapping the profile tab from the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Click the hamburger menu, then go to Settings and Privacy option.
  4. Now, go to Accounts Center from there.
  5. Search for Your Activity Off Meta Technologies from Your Information and Permissions.
  6. There you will find the list of the apps and businesses that sent your data to Meta. To see the entire list, verify with your password.
  7. Now, there you can disconnect a specific activity or you can clear the previous activity.
  8. You may request for a copy of data Meta has stored about your interactions. Choose the account to continue, select to download the complete copy of your data or some special data type, like messages, saved items, posts etc.
  9. Now, submit your request and you will receive an email from Meta about what you have requested, you can now download this data.
  10. Instead of deleting all of your data you can remove specific activity data. 
  11. Tap on the activity and press the Disconnect button. It can take up to 48 hours to delete the data from the Meta’s servers after confirmation.
  12. Now, go to Manage Future activity option.
  13. To delete all the past activity and stop Meta from collecting more of your data in future select Disconnect Future Activity option.
