In May OPPO presented three OPPO Reno 6: the OPPO Reno 6 and the OPPO Reno 6 Pro and Pro +. Now comes the fourth that is at the same time the most modest of them all: the OPPO Reno6 Z That, everything is said, is quite similar to the OPPO Reno5 Z of April of this year.
The OPPO Reno6 Z is a new mid-range 5G mobile with Dimensity 800U. It has a 6.4-inch AMOLED screen and, although it does not increase the refresh rate, the speed of touch response does, which reaches 180 Hz. Let’s see the rest of the features of this new terminal.

AMOLED screen and 64 MP quad camera
OPPO has done some recycling by mixing the hardware of OPPO Reno5 Z and the design of OPPO Reno 6. The result is the OPPO Reno 6 Z 5G, the most modest of the Reno 6 series for the moment.
The terminal bets on a screen AMOLED with a diagonal of 6.4 inches that covers, according to OPPO, 90.8% of the entire front. The screen has Full HD + resolution, standard refresh rate and a touch response speed of 180 Hz. At the top is the perforated front camera, while under its surface is the fingerprint reader.
This front camera is 32 megapixels, being one of the few differences with respect to the OPPO Reno 5 Z. Behind there is also an increase in the resolution of the lenses. Behind, the OPPO Reno6 Z mounts a 64 megapixel triple camera and aperture f / 1.7. It is accompanied by a wide angle with 8 megapixel resolution and a 2 megapixel macro sensor.
The power is provided by the MediaTek Dimensity 800U, with a unique combination of memory to storage that includes 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of expandable storage via MicroSD.
The offer closes with a 4,310 mAh battery with support for 30W fast charging. The terminal is launched with Android 11 pre-installed with ColorOS 11.1 on top, it has 5G connectivity, Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1 and includes a minijack.
Versions and prices of the OPPO Reno6 Z 5G
The OPPO Reno6 Z 5G is official in Thailand, although its price or possible availability in other regions has not yet been revealed. What we do know is that it will be on sale “soon” in the blue and black colors and a single version with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage.
