Focus To-Do
Focus To-Do is the app that I personally use to know how much time do i spend on each job task. It works through the Pomodoro method, by which you will set periods of 25 minutes (you can configure this to your liking).
The best thing about the app is that You can categorize tasks and order them to taste, so you know how long each one takes you. For example, you can set 3 pomodoros (just over an hour) to a certain task, and rest when you complete it. It’s completely free and even has a PC version.

Work Record
His name couldn’t be more descriptive. With Work Record you can keep track of your working hours very easily. You just have to adjust your working hours and update check-in and check-out times. You can also adjust the breaks so you really know how much you’ve worked.
To make things even easier for us, we can export all these files to CSV format, to see them in spreadsheet format if we prefer. It’s free and works great, with a simple but functional interface.
