The Motorola Moto G Fast It is a new mobile of the brand that boasts a speed in the name that does not end up matching the specifications. This mid-range by features and price comes to the United States to offer an adaptation of the Moto G8 that we have in Europe.
The renewals in the Motorola catalog do not stop for a moment: the brand has taken the strategy of diversify devices in different territories and with different names. So, if we knew the Moto G8 in Europe, in the United States they have encountered the Motorola G Fast today, a name that does not do it justice since the mobile is somewhat lower than the original.
A Moto G8 only for the United States
Motorola has made the decision not to distribute its G8 range in the United States, at least with that name. In exchange, the brand has presented its own models, such as the Motorola G power (similar to the European G8 Power) or the Moto G Stylus, a model that later came out in Europe as Moto G Pro. And the new Motorola G Fast follows this strategy of name diversification since does not present great news regarding the G8 that we already saw a few months ago.
The new Motorola Moto G Fast maintains the Snapdragon 665 as SoC, a fairly common processor in its catalog. The screen is large with 6.4 Inches Sin HD + Resolution (and hole in the upper left corner). 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage (main differences with the Moto G8), 4,000 mAh of battery, rear fingerprint reader and above the Motorola logo, 10 W charger and the advantage of having an integrated headphone jack. Yes, lacks NFC.
The photograph remains in the hands of a vertical rear set with a triple camera: main 16 megapixel, 8 megapixel wide angle and a shy camera with macro lens and 2 megapixel sensor. Ahead the camera under the hole in the screen offers a size for 8 megapixel images.
The Motorola Moto G Fast software is clean enough, the brand does not over-personalize Android stock beyond adding some gestures and applications, such as the camera. AND part updated to Android 10.
